Refund & Cancellation

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

If you receive any of the items which you have placed the order for through in a damaged or defective condition then you are advised to email us within one working day.

We will organize to have the items picked up and investigate the matter.

Once we’ve ascertained that the Returns Process mentioned above is fully complied with we'll send you an email informing your request is accepted and how we intend to resolve the matter.

You can expect that we may reproduce the items correctly and deliver OR we may offer you a voucher for the amount which you can use for your next purchase.
